TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Hotel reservations can be made by using either method below:

• Book Online  ► 2024 EASHOW

  • Select June 29, 2024, as the check-in date, and then select your check-out date (within the Calendar).

  • Then hit search

  • Select Premium King and click Book Now

Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until Friday, July 5, 2024, or until the block is full. After July 5, rooms will be available at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability. Please make sure you have made your reservation by this date. A valid major credit card will be required at the time of reservation to guarantee your reservation, and an initial one-night deposit will be charged

ADDITIONAL HOTEL DETAILS

• The hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Cancellations for sleeping room reservations must be made three (3) days before your check-in date. Reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show,” and a charge of one (1) night guestroom plus tax will be posted to the credit card provided.
