There are several transportation options available to and from each area airport including taxis, App-based Rides (Lyft and Uber), and rental cars to meet your travel needs.

 

Hotel Shuttle

The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to/from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. • Terminal 1 pickup location is outside the main doors. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup.

• Terminal 2 pickup locations are outside of Doors 4 and 7 on the Baggage Claim Level.

 

Taxi Service 

• Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport taxi service is on a first-come, first-served basis. Taxi drivers are licensed, obtain safety inspections, and have received customer service training. • Washington Flyer Taxi service offers transportation services from Washington Dulles International Airport exclusively with 24-hour service to and from the Airport.  The estimated taxi cost to the meeting venue is approximately $100 one way. For more information click here.

 

• BWI Airport Taxi offers taxi transportation services from the Baltimore Washington International Airport and has taxicabs stationed at the airport 24 hours a day ready to serve your transportation needs. App-Based Ride Service ​

• Ronald Reagan National Airport App-based Rides with Lyft and Uber is approximately $20 one way. Use your smartphone to select the pickup zone and coordinate directly with the driver. • Dulles International Airport App-based Rides with Lyft and Uber cost approximately $80 one way. The dedicated pick-up curb for Uber and Lyft is located on the ground level outside of Baggage Claim.  The area is accessible via doors 2, 4, or 6. • Baltimore Washington International Airport App-based Rides with Lyft or Uber are approximately $100 one way. Helpful Lyft and Uber Ride Tips: 

• Wait to request your ride until after you have claimed your luggage at the baggage claim, or you have arrived on the ground level.

• Ride app drivers should not solicit customers and payment should be made through the mobile app.

• Verify the license plate, car make and model, and the driver’s name match what is in the app before you get into the ride app vehicle.

• Verify that the driver has the correct address for your destination. The meeting venue's address is 2799 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA 22202.
