Deadline for Making Reservations
This block of sleeping rooms will be available for booking until Friday, August 16, 2024, or until the block is full. After this date, rooms and the negotiated rate will be available at the hotel's discretion. Additional Details
Reservations can be canceled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Rooms canceled for any reason less than three business days in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax.

The Hotel will charge an early departure fee in an amount equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax, for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date after check-in. Any deposit will be credited against any early departure charge and the charges for the first night shall be included in your room folio. To avoid an early checkout fee, you should inform the hotel at or before check-in of any changes in your planned length of stay. The hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. PST and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. PST.
