Jacqueline Le Moigne is the Manager of NASA Science Mission Directorate (SMD) Earth Science Technology Office's (ESTO) Advanced Information Systems Technology (AIST) Program. Previously, Jacqueline was Assistant Chief for Technology at NASA Goddard and worked with the Space Technology Research Grants Program.

Jacqueline received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University Pierre and Marie Curie, France. Her research has included Image Registration, Computer Vision, Autonomous Systems, Distributed Spacecraft Missions, and high-performance/onboard computing. She has over 180 publications, authored a book and received 3 Patents in the area of Image Registration.
