3rd SMD and ETD Workshop on A.I. and Data Science: Leaping Toward Our Future Goals

Andrew Mitchell is the Program Manager of NASA's Core Services Program within the Chief Science Data Office (CSDO) of the Science Mission Directorate (SMD). The Core Services Program will provide a foundation of Data and Computing Services that offer a service-based architecture over which SMD science Divisions can seamlessly and efficiently integrate their discipline-specific services. 

Prior to joining the Core Services Program, Andrew was the Project Manager of the Earth Science Data and Information System (ESDIS) at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center where he was responsible for the management of the Earth Observing System (EOS) Data and Information System (EOSDIS) including the processing, archiving, and distribution of Earth science data.
